[GLM-l18n] HTML entities are not required

Hello, everyone.

I've noticed some of you are using HTML entities (stuff like &something;), and
thus I want to let you know that they are not required since our charset is
UTF-8.

While they will not break anything, I encourage you to type the special
characters directly (unless your keyboard doesn't have such special
characters). Future translators may not know what  , “ and the
like are, and thus they might get confused.

That's my tiny remark.

Thanks a lot for contributing to GLM!
